Difficult to Embrating, choking at this time. 15, 29 hours operating on EMS ops. to make break. Patient update. He does have COPD, emphysema, and asthma. He also has just recently been transferred to hospice. He was recently hospitalized for difficulty breathing and fever. They did just recently change his oxygen and he is choking and having a hard time breathing. He's not currently choking but was. He's still not breathing normally for himself. Breathing is labored. He does not have any chest pain at the moment. Okay. 10-4. 1531.
