As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible hit-and-run crash on northbound Highway 127 near Route AA in Sweet Springs, Missouri. A white truck reportedly struck another vehicle and left heading north. The reporting party remained on scene in a dark gray Ford pickup.
