Caller doesn't want to meet states there was a gray Ford or Saturn or Camry with a bunch of juveniles driving it erratically up and down. Roland's last seen southbound on Arthur. Appeared to be like the juveniles were too young to be driving. Had another caller, states that it saw the vehicle on West Onondaga Street, possible in New York registration of (name withheld).
