Disturbance reported at Syracuse Elk Lodge

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were requested to a lodge on South Salina Street in Syracuse after a woman called saying they needed police and then hung up. Dispatchers reported a possible large disturbance heard in the background during the call. Officers were sent to check the situation.
