Man seen stumbling and entering parked red car

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible intoxicated man stumbling near a restaurant parking lot by Bluffridge Drive and then sitting in the driver’s seat of a red Volkswagen Beetle. The vehicle was not running when reported.
