Suspicious 911 calls from woman at Syracuse police

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious 911 hang-up from a woman at or near the Syracuse police department. She repeatedly asked for an officer’s phone number, became upset when told it could not be provided, and then disconnected. The call appears associated with a residence near South (number withheld) West in Syracuse.
