Transcript:
2-916 Dylan Street. From the west side of the property along the evening, there's four tents set up and at least three of them are occupied. White male 40s and a white female in 40s, blonde and gray hair, light-colored clothing. There's a mail that's apparently passed out for possibly intoxication or high. It appeared to be a couple subjects that were packing up. The RFP is requesting everybody we moved along. We had a prior where this RP was driving around and harassing these subjects in the tents, trying to get them to move along himself.
