2-916 (name withheld) Street. From the west side of the property along the evening, there's four tents set up and at least three of them are occupied. An adult man in his 40s and an adult woman in her 40s, blonde and gray hair, light-colored clothing. There's a male that's apparently passed out, possibly intoxicated or high. It appeared to be a couple of subjects packing up. The RP is requesting everybody to move along. We had a prior incident where the RP was driving around and harassing these subjects in the tents, trying to get them to move along.
