Two-car crash partially blocking Tacoma intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported collision at the intersection of 41st Street Northeast and 48th Avenue Northeast involving a silver Volkswagen hatchback and a black Mitsubishi that were partially blocking the roadway.
