An unfamiliar man asked the reporter to call 911 on his behalf. He said there was a shooting close by and pointed over towards the 7-11 at 40th in Portland, claims that it occurred in the past couple minutes. We're calling inside the 7-11 now to check for problems. This way, I'll be for both. The man that reported this is walking northbound on Portland now from the area.
