the dealers are hanging out with homeless. they're the Clean Cut ones the nerdy ones. they'll have a nice coat and nice jeans and be riding a bike or walking. can't tell them apart. the drug dealers are wearing a backpack. very stuffed and stout. there's a different one for each section of homeless entities. you need to send Undercover in there because they're mixing it to overdose them on purpose. this goes on a lot and on hosmer.
