Unlicensed motorcycle reported near expressway exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a reportedly unlicensed black and white motorcycle near the south end of Willow Springs Drive and Suncrest Road by the southbound expressway exit. They ran the vehicle identification number and related records, but were unable to locate a matching (number withheld).
