Man with knife threatens people at Happy Valley home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported disturbance near Happy Valley Road, where a person was allegedly threatening others with a knife. The person was also reported to have threatened to burn down the house and may have kicked in a door. The involved people were said to be separated when units were notified.
