52-year-old man with breathing difficulty in Tampa

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a 52-year-old male with difficulty breathing was reported near North Florida Avenue and Bird Street. Rescue unit 11 responded and is transporting the patient to South Florida Baptist Hospital.
