Controlled burn mistaken for structure fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire near Highway 99E and Bay Drive SW in Tangent after reports of a boom and black smoke. Responders later confirmed it was a controlled burn, and the alarm was recalled.
