Suspicious person approached passing vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man who walked toward a passing vehicle near West Atherton Drive and (number withheld) South in Taylorsville, then continued walking west and north. The white male, described with a (description withheld), (description withheld), black and gray shirt, and jeans, was reportedly concealing an unknown item and may be homeless.
