Fire alarm at medical building on Teaneck Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a box alarm at a multi-story medical building on Teaneck Road. Crews investigated an odor of burnt food on an upper floor and did not initially find signs of an active fire. Separately, there was a reported carbon monoxide alarm at another address in the area, with no contact made on scene.
