Detained man possibly overdosed at 13th and Jefferson

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers detained a man near 13th Street and Jefferson Street and requested EMS for a possible drug overdose. The man was conscious but shaking and sweating heavily while officers monitored him until medical responders arrived. Officers also searched the nearby area and an alley for any items that may have been thrown from a vehicle.
