Person found slumped on sidewalk in Temple City

As discussed during the dispatch call, a person was reported slumped over on the sidewalk near Grand Avenue and Almani Avenue in Temple City. The person was initially unknown if breathing but later was reported to be awake and breathing. The individual was no longer at the location when checked later.
