87-year-old woman with leg pain and vascular conditions

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a call near Third Street in Terra Alta for an elderly woman experiencing severe pain in her right leg. She has a history of peripheral artery disease and a recent pulmonary embolism. EMS units 688 and 14-30 attended the scene.
