Vehicle down slope after crash near Avenue 96

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible traffic collision near avenue 96 and road 244, where a vehicle, possibly a gray (number withheld) or similar large vehicle, appears to be down a slope. A tow truck was requested to respond to the scene.
