Man having difficulty breathing at corner of Nash and Francis

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to an apparent medical problem involving a man who reported difficulty breathing near the corner of West Nash Street and North Francis Street. A fire unit and an air medical unit were dispatched to assist.
