35-year-old female having seizure in Thatcher

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman in her thirties experienced seizures and was not conscious while breathing near South Dry Gulch Drive in Thatcher. She has a history of epilepsy, stroke, and diabetes. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene.
