Domestic assault with injuries at South Rustic Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an open 911 call from a home near South Rustic Way, where two women and a man were reportedly yelling and a domestic dispute was becoming physical. Weapons were said to be inside the residence, and two small children were present. Medics were requested to stage nearby for a possible assault victim, described as a female bleeding from the scalp.
