Teen refuses to go home with father; past abuse/violence concerns

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent near W Church St in Thatcher, at an institute, for a report of a 16-year-old male refusing to go home with his father, with prior abuse/violence concerns mentioned. A tan Chevy Silverado may be associated with the incident.
