Passenger reportedly used drugs during traffic stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement conducted a possible traffic stop near Illinois Route 34 and Illinois Route 149 involving a red vehicle later identified as a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. Radio traffic reported that a passenger had apparently taken drugs during the contact.
