Intoxicated man refusing to leave Prospect Avenue home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence near Prospect Avenue for a report of an apparently intoxicated person in a (description withheld) who came to see someone and is reportedly refusing to leave, standing outside near a blue van.
