Reckless pickup driver near Camino Dos Rios

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver near Camino Dos Rios and Windy Drive in Thousand Oaks. A lowered white pickup with an open bed and alloy wheels reportedly spun out, drove over a curb, and was last seen heading toward the post office.
