Woman found unconscious but now conscious at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, an unnamed female was found unconscious but is now conscious and breathing near Lone Pine Drive in Timberdale. She was initially unresponsive and has visible bruises. Emergency services are responding and 911 was contacted. The door is to be unlocked for responders.
