Car hits building on North Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a vehicle that struck a building near North Main Street in Rockingham County. Initial reports indicated no injuries or entrapment, but later a person was reported hanging partially out of the car. Fire, rescue, and law enforcement units were dispatched, and some responding units were later canceled.
