Summary: A residential burglary was reported at 130 West 70th Street in Hamilton County, Ohio. The complainant advised that his house was broken into again, following a similar incident the previous night. The suspect is described as a light-skinned Black male, approximately 20 years old, 5'11", medium build, wearing a brown or dark beanie, dark sweater, long-sleeved shirt, and dark pants. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. Although nothing was taken during the most recent incident, the suspect stole the owner's wallet, identification, and credit cards during the previous break-in. The suspect is believed to frequent the area, often coming southbound from Fairport.
