Unmanned Boat Found Floating in Black River Near Military Street Bridge

Summary: An unmanned boat was reported floating in the Black River near the Military Street Bridge in Port Huron, Michigan. The boat, believed to have come untied from a dock, was first noticed between 7th and 10th Street Bridge. Police were unable to reach the vessel and requested fire department assistance with their boat.
