Horse Riding Accident with Trauma at Alton Road

Summary: A 62-year-old female suffered a traumatic injury after falling off a horse, which then landed on top of her, at or near 1290/1298 Alton Road in York County, South Carolina. The incident resulted in facial bleeding, possible broken bones, and pain in the back, arms, and shoulders. Emergency Medical Services (EMS3) responded, upgraded the call to a priority 1 trauma, and arrived on scene to attend to the patient, who was located at the barn at the front of the property.
