Traffic Collision on Judd Road near Highway 129

Summary: A traffic collision involving a Chevrolet Traverse and an unknown vehicle occurred on Judd Road just south of Highway 129, possibly near the Pajaro River in Monterey County, California. The reporting party (RP) indicated the vehicle may be blocking the road at the end of a dead end, possibly near a dirt road.
