Suspicious Vehicle Parked on Football Field at Maroon Center

Summary: Police responded to a report of a tan or gray SUV parked in a field near the Maroon Center (MAC Center) at 550 East Mercury Street, Butte, Montana. The vehicle was not associated with an ongoing event at the location. Officers located the unoccupied vehicle, identified it as a 2001 Lincoln Navigator with Idaho plates registered to James Miles White, and attempted to contact the registered owner. The vehicle was ultimately cleared without incident.
