Suspicious Juvenile and Adult Male at Popeyes and Semi-Truck Area

Summary: A report was received regarding a 13 to 14-year-old child speaking with a larger black male, approximately 250 pounds, near a Popeyes restaurant. The child was described as wearing a black sweatshirt and khaki shorts (also described as a dark shirt and light shorts). The black male was seen in front of Popeyes, and the child was observed walking towards the semi-truck area. Officers searched the area, made contact with the child, and later with the child's mother. The situation was resolved with the child returning home.
