Woman unresponsive with breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an unresponsive woman with breathing difficulties at a residence on Apache Lane in Tioga County. Dispatchers initially reported a possible cardiac arrest with CPR in progress, but units on scene later indicated there was no full arrest and no CPR underway.
