Unconscious woman found in locked running car

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near South Main Street in Tipton for an unconscious 64-year-old woman found in a locked, running car. Fire units were dispatched but were later told they could disregard after medic personnel arrived.
