Man accused of choking and slapping woman

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apparent domestic assault at an apartment complex on Brook Park Drive. A caller reported a man choking and slapping a woman. The woman was with the caller in another apartment and reportedly refused medical help, while the man was believed to be in a different apartment in the same building.
