Male with possible stroke symptoms reported in Toluca

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was reported near County Road 800 North for a male with suspected stroke symptoms including tingling on the left side of the mouth and numbness in the left arm and leg, starting about two hours earlier. The male was breathing normally.
