Suspicious vehicle parked in driveway at midnight

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a suspicious utility-style vehicle parked at the end of a driveway near Half Moon Lake Road for about 30 minutes around midnight, with a man seen walking around, while power to the residence appeared to be working normally.
