Male reported in cardiac arrest at Pilot Truck Stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to an unresponsive male at the Pilot Truck Stop on Mount Olive Road. Call updates indicated the patient was in cardiac arrest with no pulse and appeared cold and discolored; law enforcement and fire/EMS units were dispatched and responded.
