Bag of assorted mail found off Highway 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near a residence on Highway 20 reported pink and black striped tape leading to a location where a large bag of assorted mail, addressed to different people, was found. The caller is currently holding the bag at their residence for law enforcement to review.
