Reckless Corvette driving on Highway 97

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a black, older-model Corvette driving southbound on Highway 97 near the junction with Highway 20, allegedly making unsafe passes on a side road to turn onto the highway and driving aggressively.
