Children reported living in filthy home conditions

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported possible child neglect after (name withheld) delivered donated food and dog food to a residence near Broser Way. Two minors were described as very hungry, and the home reportedly had garbage throughout, feces, and a strong urine odor.
