Pedestrian walking in middle of Highway 97 roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man walking in the middle of Highway 97 just north of Tonasket, and patrol units were asked to try to locate him. The caller almost hit the man, who appeared to be carrying something, possibly a bag.
