Man repeatedly watching youth softball and flying drone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a park near North Main Street for a report of a man repeatedly sitting in a vehicle near a youth softball practice, watching the players and flying a drone over the field. The reporting party stated this has happened weekly and that the behavior was making the girls uncomfortable, and the vehicle was believed to be occupied by two people, including an adult male and his son.
