Reckless driver brake-checking trucks on I-10

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a dark-colored Dodge Challenger driving recklessly and brake-checking semi trucks near the interstate by Wintersburg Road. Units were advised with a broadcast to locate the vehicle, and a code indicating a prisoner in custody was later referenced over the radio.
