Reckless truck swerving into oncoming traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a white Chevy pickup swerving into oncoming traffic while heading east toward the Chula area. An officer is attempting to stop the vehicle near the intersection of 5th Street and 7th Street.
