Rock thrown through window at apartment site

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported vandalism at an apartment complex under construction on the north side of town, where a homeless man wearing a black top and blue shorts allegedly threw a rock through a window and was last seen walking westbound on Hunt.
